I don't think you can stack coupons there, usually it's one or the other. Free shipping at $90 is automatic though so the coupon should still work for the price reduction.

Nah, pretty sure most sites don't let you stack. The free shipping over $90 just happens, it's not a code you input, so that should still apply even if you use a discount code.

Yeah, it's free shipping over $90. Otherwise, there's usually a small charge. Haven't seen a code for just free shipping on any amount though.

Three Fleas feels a bit more 'indie artist' if that makes sense, like unique one-offs. Uncommon Goods can be a bit more polished and sometimes more expensive, but also good quality.
